THE PAVILION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN AT LUCAS LIFESTYLE ESTATE

On Wednesday 15th May we officially opened The Pavilion at Lucas Lifestyle Estate. The eagerly awaited, deluxe multimillion-dollar state of the art community precinct was celebrated by all our estate residents and distinguished guests.

We were joined by City of Ballarat Mayor Des Hudson OAM, who, alongside Rob Nichols, Serenitas CEO, Sandi Van Wyk, Serenitas Design and Product Manager, Claire Fitzpatrick, Estate Manager and Tamara Essery, Sales Manager in the ribbon-cutting ceremony and official proceedings before the festivities kicked off.

Homeowners and guests were invited along for a sunset soiree of relaxed celebrations, grazing canapes and light entertainment at the new Lucas Lifestyle Estate Pavilion which boasts a range of luxurious facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sports bar complete with a pool table, table tennis and darts as well as a communal hobby shed.

The Pavilion represents a significant milestone for the estate, bringing a completion to the central recreational components of the village. Beyond the Pavilion, the Country Club, which has recently undergone significant refurbishments itself, houses a comprehensive array of amenities such as a gym, fitness studio, coffee lounge, bar and dining space, BBQ area, library, cinema, bocce court, and putting green. Not to be forgotten, the bowling green serves as the connecting point between both precincts, completing the open space.
