Our Community

Friday 9 October was a special day at Lucas Lifestyle Estate as we welcomed prospective homeowners to the grand opening of three brand-new Display Homes.

Guests were among the first to explore the Clifton, Ashbury and Rosevale designs, showcasing the quality, thoughtful design and relaxed, low-maintenance lifestyle on offer at Lucas.

Around 35 guests joined us to tour the new homes, learn more about the community and experience the welcoming atmosphere of Lucas for themselves.

We had a coffee truck for our guests and some lovely morning tea at the Clubhouse and we assisted those with golf buggy transfers around the community and to show them around.

A few of the guests were our homeowners who attended with a warm welcome and gave prospective homeowners a wonderful opportunity to meet the people who already call Lucas Lifestyle Estate home and experience the strong sense of community that makes life here so special.

It was a fantastic day filled with connection, conversation and excitement as we opened the doors to these three beautiful new Display Homes.

Thank you to everyone who joined us!

If you missed the grand opening, you can still explore the Clifton, Ashbury and Rosevale designs and discover everything Lucas Lifestyle Estate has to offer.
