Lucas Lifestyle Estate - FOXHILL & ASCOT HOMES BONUS OFFER

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply to the Lucas Lifestyle Estate Terms & Conditions (the T&Cs): 

Bonus Offer means those promotions available to you as listed in clause 4. 

Eligibility Criteria means the conditions that must be met before you will be entitled to receive the Bonus Offer, as identified in clause 3.

Sales Contract means the contract entered between you and Serenitas that details the terms of your purchase of a participating Foxhill or Ascot design home. 

Serenitas means Serenitas Operations Pty Ltd. 

Settlement means the date you pay the remaining purchase price for your home in the Site and become the legal owner of the home at the Site. 

Site means a home purchased in the Lucas Lifestyle Estate on land leased from Serenitas located at 21 Harris Drive, Lucas VIC 3350. 

Site Agreement means the agreement between you and Serenitas under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (VIC) that details: 

(a)    the rental by you of a particular Site in a residential park; 

(b)    the moveable dwelling’s home’s position in the residential park;

(c)    the non-exclusive use of the park’s common areas and communal facilities by you; and

(d)    any special provisions or conditions required or permitted by the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (VIC) to be in the Site Agreement.

Participating Foxhill and Ascot Design Homes means homes 1 Reeves St, 2 Reeves St, 10 Reeves St, 11 Reeves St, 12 Reeves St, 14 Reeves St, 16 Reeves St, 18 Reeves St and 15 Maidment St at Lucas Lifestyle Estate. 

2. Bonus Offer Period  
The Bonus Offer period during which you may be eligible for the Bonus Offer, commences 9am (AEST) on 1 July 2025 and concludes at 5pm (AEDT) on 19 December 2025.

3. Eligibility Criteria  
To be eligible for the Bonus Offer, you must satisfy all of the following Eligibility Criteria before the conclusion of the Bonus Offer period on 19 December 2025.

(a)    You must enter into an approved Site Agreement with Serenitas;

(b)    You must enter into a Sales Contract with Serenitas (conditional or unconditional) by 31 August 2025 to purchase a participating Foxhill or Ascot Design home; and

(c)    Settlement must be complete during business operating hours no later than Friday 19th December 2025

4. Bonus Offer
Subject to you satisfying the Eligibility Criteria, the Bonus Offer available to you includes: 
(a)    a cash bonus credited to your home Settlement amount, valued at $21,000.00

The total Bonus Offer is valued at $21,000.00 between as of the date of these T&Cs. 

5. Revocation of or change to Bonus Offer 
At any time prior to you becoming eligible for the Bonus Offer, Serenitas reserves the right to revoke or change the Bonus Offer, including the Bonus Offer period and the Eligibility Criteria at any time without notice.

6. Non-Transferability 
You agree that: 

(a)    the Bonus Offer (and each separate incentive that makes up the Bonus Offer) is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (either individually or collectively); and

(b)    the Bonus Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Serenitas offer or incentive.

7.    Value exclusive of offers, discounts or rebates 
The value of the Bonus Offer does not take into account any other offers, discounts, or rebates. 

Lucas Lifestyle Estate is proudly owned and operated by Serenitas. 

Pricing of the participating Foxhill and Ascot design homes is subject to change at any time without notice.
